ABOUT:

I have been asking questions about life since I was a young girl. What started as a childhood pastime that drove my parents crazy, enlisting my hairbrush and stuffed animals, graduated into a long and fruitful television and radio career as an interviewer, storyteller and podcast host. I have asked questions of hundreds of Hollywood celebs, rock stars, personal growth luminaries, business icons, bestselling authors, and perhaps most inspiring, everyday people with everyday problems. While I have often been told how much I make people think and lend a new perspective, I have also been gifted with 35 years of answers, insights and pearls of wisdom in return.

My biggest passion is sharing this collective wisdom with people in my own life: friends, strangers, fellow travelers, airport encounters, and street corner exchanges. Sitting on couches with tea, across dinner tables daring to broach more personal topics many of us don’t feel we have a place to discuss in the course of our day. I am excited to share my style of InnerViewing with you to help you gain new perspectives, find solutions, and discover more inner peace and self-awareness.

PERSONAL BIO:

I have visited six continents, witnessed Santeria in a Havana apartment when it was illegal for me to be there, survived the trauma resulting from being raised by a mentally ill mother, discovered Ram Dass is a distant cousin, befriended drifters, lost a boyfriend after a 911-induced psychotic break, been invited to join a polygamist Mormon family in the middle of an interview, followed Merry Prankster, Ken Kesey, to the UK for an eclipse, enjoyed my fifteen minutes of fame on the Grammy red carpet for VH1, hiked the Himalayas with just a sherpa, devoted myself to a daily healing practice (modalities include cognitive therapy, spiritual psychotherapy, somatic work, plant medicine, meditation, and mindfulness), accompanied white supremacists to their childhood neighborhoods, been published as a travel writer and photographer, launched love affairs on airplanes, lived a modern-day Thoreau-esque existence during COVID, and enjoyed mind-blowing global synchronicities. I have come to embrace all of it, and am committed to putting the entire tapestry of life experience, inquisitive conversation and deep listening to good use for my clients.
